Kevin Cheng Denies Loving Charmaine Sheh Again
At the TVB Sales Presentation, rumored couple Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) and Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) happily linked arms and walked down the red carpet together. They reportedly broke up amicably four years ago, and have remained friends without any awkwardness. Recently, there are even reports saying that the couple has reignited their love and they are now back together again.
When filming Forensic Heroes 2 <法證先鋒II> in 2008, sparks flew between Kevin and Charmaine even though he was dating Niki Chow (周麗淇) at the time. Not long after, Kevin suddenly announced that he had already broken up with Niki. However, it was only after a fire broke out in Nam Wai Village that Kevin and Charmaine’s relationship was out in the open. That day, Kevin drove Charmaine home from Nam Wai Village when a fire caused by a flood erupted. The villagers reportedly came out to help and spotted Charmaine awkwardly hiding in a corner. Eventually the couple broke up due to a great difference in their career developments and incompatible personalities.
Yet, Kevin allegedly continues to trust and confide in Charmaine, especially when he hit a bottleneck in his career several years ago before Bu Bu Jing Xin <步步驚心>. With renewed success in his career, insiders revealed that Kevin is determined to win back Charmaine, especially since she still cares for him and gave him a special gift for his birthday.
Kevin and Charmaine may have more chances to work together again in Hong Kong since both will return to film for TVB. On November 15, Kevin and Charmaine are scheduled to appear together in a Christmas Light-up event.
This is not the first time that reconcilation rumors with Charmaine have surfaced in recent years. Speaking with the press today, Kevin found the news about their reconciliation highly amusing and clarified that the rumor is not true.

What..? Special gifts? Hahaha I just thought it sounded kinda funny and irrelevant to add that last part! But I do think they have really good chemistry together.
By this time I don’t think that either of them would want to ‘hide’ their relatioship, whether they are together or not. I think Kevin is telling the truth, that there is no truth in his getting back with Charmaine, much as we would like that to happen.
Not sure if Kevin is telling the truth or not since he is releasing his new album and maybe he would not want to affect the sales of his album. If it’s not true, then both of them have to give a good and clear clarification to their fans and medias, for their reconciliation rumor has been dragging on for few years. Let’s see what they are going to say at their event this evening in Hong Kong.

Exactly… The Paps are trying to get some business. At this point of his career, Kevin doesn’t need to hide his relationship. If he’s indeed with Charmaine (which I think they never were together in the first place) he would have just said so. More than never now since Niki is dating

Calla, I agree with you that “Kevin should date Myolie”. They seem to have always gotten on so well whenever they appeared in public and there was once when, after they had danced together she even declared, “我 爱 嘉 颖“。I know that she must have been very emotional over the dance and that was why she uttered those words. Nevertheless, I feel that all along she has liked Kevin though she has always been loyal to Boscoe. And now that the breakup has happened Kevin should do something about it, unless, of course he is not interested at all.
He really looks like a Thai guy. Not only in this pic but many other pics. Don’t know about how he looks like in real life, though.

Interestingly though, at today’s christmas event, when the reporters asked Kevin and Charmaine if they ever thought of patching back, Charmaine replied “work is our priority” and Kevin said “we’re good friends in the meantime.”
