Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won Fight the Legal System in the Trailer for “One Ordinary Day”
Starring Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won, upcoming South Korean drama One Ordinary Day unveils its first trailer focusing on the investigation of a murder case. The drama is a Korean remake of British award-winning series Criminal Justice and takes a look at the justice system from the perspective of the accused.
Kim Soo Hyun plays Kim Hyun Soo, a college student finds himself in a hopeless situation after becoming the prime suspect of a murder case. When all hope is lost, a third-rate lawyer Shin Joong Han (Cha Seung Won) is the only one who offers to help defend Kim Hyun Soo. However, as the two dig deeper into the case, the duo soon discovers the cards are stacked against them in the unbalanced legal system.
The drama’s newly released trailer shows the fear and anxiety faced by Kim Hyun Soo as the case unfolds. While Kim Hyun Soo sits in jail, Shin Joong Han arrives and gives him advice, “Hyun Soo, from now on, don’t say anything about what happened last night. Ever.”
The scene transitions to the crime scene as evidence and clues appear on the screen. While snippets of a knife, blood stains and broken vases flash by, Kim Soo Hyun says in a voice-over, “But you need to know the real story.”
However, before Hyun Soo could continue, Shin Joon Han interrupts and says, “The truth? You won’t accomplish anything if you are fixated on the truth.”
Ending the trailer, Hyun Soo sits in an investigation and asks, “The woman, is she dead?”
One Ordinary Day is directed by Lee Myung Woo, who previously helmed Backstreet Rookie, The Fiery Priest, Whisper and Punch.
Fans can look forward to the crime thriller on November 27.

My most anticipated tv series. I expect lots of silent staring and evil stares typical of k drama but still i look forward to it.
Same! Can’t wait to see this one. Cha seung won is a good actor
Both actors are well known hard workers and extremely dedicated to their roles. I am really looking forward to this drama…we have been so disappointed with dramas that fails to tell a good story till the end… And even a good casts may not save a bad script. I hope this drama dont suffer the same fate..
Sounds interesting, may take a look when released.
