Koni Lui to Wear Sexy Attire While Hosting “2011 Mr. Hong Kong Contest”
At last year’s Mr. Hong Kong contest, Koni Lui (呂慧儀) grabbed the limelight by wearing a plunging red gown. As one of the hosts for the 2011 Mr. Hong Kong Contest, Koni admitted that she has been losing weight and will wear another sexy gown. However, she was concerned that her bust size might shrink, affecting the final effects.
The 2011 Mr. Hong Kong Contest will be hosted by Carol Cheng (鄭裕玲), Sharon Chan (陳敏之), and Koni Lui. Creative music talent, Hanjin Tan (陳奐仁) will serve as the first male host in the history of the Mr. Hong Kong Contest. Grasshoppers will be one of the performing groups at the event. Arriving at the press conference event, Koni wore a sexy tube dress. When asked what type of gown she will wear at the Mr. Hong Kong Contest, Koni said, “The dress will be similar to last year’s gown. My bottom-line is not to reveal [my private parts.’ The designer showed me two dresses. One resembles a bathroom and the other is very sexy.”
Koni prepared for hosting the 2011 Mr. Hong Kong Contest by losing weight. She joked and said that she hoped her cup size size did not shrink. “Today, [my breasts] are pushed up to the extent which made it very difficult to breathe.” At the same event, host Carol Cheng said that she had already prepared her gown for the 2011 Mr. Hong Kong Contest. Her criteria in selecting the gown was to look beautiful. Carol said, “I am no showing [my body], as I have inner talent.”

Carol’s response about her gown decision makes Koni look like she is desperately seeking attention and obtaining opportunities by showing off her body and her breast size instead of depending on talents to win the audiences’ favor.
On a side note, I saw a pic of Koni in a swimsuit walk on Weibo a while ago. Her waist and overall weight looked rather undesirable compared to another MHK finalist who just lost weight.
She’s actually quite frugly and ugly so whatever she wears won’t make much of a difference. Should just wear a bag over her head.
