Laurinda Ho is Not Dating Alex Fong: “He’s Just a Friend”

Laurinda Ho (何超蓮), daughter of Stanley Ho (何鴻燊) and his third wife Ina Chan (陳婉珍), attended a Formula E auto-racing event as its “Emotion Club Ambassador” yesterday. The 25-year-old heiress shared that she has been training at the gym, and has managed to craft up some killer abs.

“I had a personal trainer to help me out,” she said. Laurinda does not know how much weight she has lost, as that was never her training goal.

Asking if she plans to invite her friends to the upcoming auto-racing event, Laurinda said she will invite her sisters and brothers. Asking if rumored boyfriend, Kai Ko (柯震東), is also included in the invite, she said, “I did not invite him. There’s no point of him flying all the way here to watch it.”

Mentioning that gossip magazines have been linking her with singer-actor Alex Fong (方力申), Laurinda clarified, “He’s just a friend.” (Will you invite him?) “I will ask. Whoever’s interested can come.” (Will you consider a relationship with him?) “I will focus on my work. He’s just a friend. I don’t think he’s trying to pursue me.” (Does he fit your criteria?) “I don’t have one. Just as long as [the boyfriend] treats me well.” (Was Alex good to you?) “He’s good to everyone, not just me. He’s a good friend.”

Laurinda points out that they had met through mutual friends, and that they always hung out in groups. Asking if she’s interested in having Alex give her some swimming lessons, Laurinda smiled and said, “I can’t swim because I don’t want to ruin my hair color. But when it comes to the gym, I can ask him for some tips on training.” Laurinda said their dating rumor has not affected their friendship.
