Lee Jong Suk and Yoona Star in “Big Mouth”
Upcoming Korean drama, Big Mouth, is drumming up with excitement due to its high-profile cast that includes Lee Jong Suk and Yoona.
Lee Jong Suk is expected to lead the drama as Park Chang Ho, a third-rate lawyer who is nicknamed “Big Mouth” due to his boastful behavior without having anything to prove himself. A lawyer with a modest family background, he has won less than 10 percent of his cases. When he is assigned a murder case, his life takes on dangerous complications as he gets closer to its dark truths.
Yoona will showcase a new image in her role as Ko Mi Ho, the supportive wife of Park Chang Ho. The audience will see Yoona play a reserved and elegant university student before transforming into a bold and vulgar woman.
In addition, the production team shared that they are in active discussion with Kwak Dong Yeon, Kim Joo Heon, and Ok Ja Yeon for supporting roles in the drama. Many netizens complimented the cast lineup, and are excited to see what the actors bring to the table.
Big Mouth is directed by Oh Choong Hwan, who is known for his work in Start-up, Hotel Del Luna, and While You Were Sleeping, and is penned by screenwriter duo, Jang Young Chul and Jung Kyung Soon. The drama aims to air in the second half of 2021.
