Life After Divorce for Roger Kwok

After more than 18 years of marriage, Roger Kwok (郭晉安) and Cindy Au (歐倩怡) shocked the public with their divorce announcement. Despite a united front initially, Cindy later called Roger out for being insensitive and uncaring towards her when she was experiencing a seizure.

When asked to respond to the damning accusations, Roger refused to comment on the matter and simply stated, “I don’t want to talk about this. I don’t want to respond to things that are untrue.” Indirectly refuting Cindy’s claims, Roger hinted the ex-couple’s bedroom was a suite with its own bathroom, so there would not have been a spittoon, as opposed to Cindy’s claims.

The ex-couple’s seeming feud looks to have subsided recently with their social media interaction. Roger posted a silly video on social media, to which Cindy liked. Perhaps the ex-couple could overcome their differences and remain friends after all.

Raising two children while getting degrees in nutritional science, Cindy was quick to return to work after divorce. In addition to taking part in variety shows about health and wellness, Cindy also secured a new job as a research assistant at a university.

On the other hand, Roger is enjoying the fruits of his labor and is learning to enjoy the single life. The company that he co-founded with his sister became publicly traded recently. Additionally, Roger always had a keen eye for investments and profited heavily from the sale of his real estate ventures. Roger shared he would reduce his onscreen work and instead will focus on his business ventures, as well as socializing with friends during free time.

Both Cindy and Roger seem to have found peace and a new direction in life post-divorce.
