Shares Stress Coping Tips with Juniors

Celebrities shared how they would focus on building their confidence and open up to close friends about stress and negative emotions.

School Principal, Prof Esther Ho (何玉芬) expressed pleasant surprise and

commented that the lineup “rivalled that of a TVB anniversary show”! Greeted with enthusiastic applause from the student crowd when they appeared on stage, Louis shared his feelings on going back to school. “I feel really moved, and recalled many snippets of life back in school,  I even knocked my head when I visited the school washroom earlier, proving that I really grew taller!”

Expressing his gratefulness for the school’s nurturing, Louis shone the light on the theme of stress management. “There’re three most important things, first is that results aren’t everything, secondly, don’t compare yourself to others, and thirdly, don’t dwell on things obsessively, if you encounter problems please share them with your teachers and students, and you can also approach us,”

Louis Was a Volleyball Pro

Sound designer Thomas Cheng who was his schoolmate, spilled that Louis was only “the second best-looking” during his time in school! Apparently, Louis was a volleyball pro, and had been protective of his mates when there was a student who threw his weight around back then. “We enjoyed volleyball smashes and Louis’d help us go on the attack!”

Sharing their own tips on how to cope well with emotions and stress during a delicate period, actor Louis Cheung said, “I loved basketball back in secondary school, it trained my skills and there’d also be attention from girls, plus I also got to make good friends.” Catherine recalled, “There were no school tours back in my days and I didn’t know how to cope, when I started working, I realized the world doesn’t stop, but you’ll get over the stressful period, so don’t dwell on it.”

After a fun game segment with students, a medley of songs was performed by J.Arie, Siufay and Cantopop group ToNick.  Louis Koo, who sang his iconic single Boyfriend <男朋友>, pushed the vibes to an all-time high while wrapping up the first stop of the School Tour on a rousing note.
