Mandy Lieu and Alvin Chau’s Former Love Nest Remains Unsold

Three years ago, Mandy Lieu signed documents overseas to use a luxury apartment under her name as collateral for a loan to help pay off the debts of Alvin Chau’s (周焯華) company.

The high-level unit of The Morgan in Mid-Levels, with a market value of HK$120 million, was mortgaged. Melco Resorts had previously entrusted an international real estate agency to find potential buyers exclusively, but no deal has been made so far. Recently, a real estate agent filmed a video showcasing the apartment’s interior, exposing the two’s former love nest!

“The taste of wealthy people is really different!” remarked the agent.

Introducing the Mid-Levels apartment that once served as the love nest of casino tycoon Alvin Chau and Mandy Lieu, the agent remarked that she had never seen so many mirrors in one room. The luxury apartment, located in the premier The Morgan in Mid-Levels West, features one unit per floor, offering an unobstructed view of the Victoria Harbour fireworks.

With a usable area of 2,182 square feet, the apartment includes both Western and Chinese kitchen areas, equipped with high-end German appliance brand Miele. The guest bathroom features an opulent marble sauna, while the unit also comes with a private lift and its own lobby.

Mandy Personally Leads Guided Tours

After their breakup, Mandy Lieu spent HK$200 million to purchase nearly 370 hectares of farmland in the UK to establish Ewhurst Manor, aiming to create a farm focused on producing high-quality organic food. Mandy writes blogs and contributes as a columnist for the online magazine Sublime, where she frequently shares posts about her life, and topics such as organic dining. Updating Ewhurst Manor regularly, and Mandy Lieu’s latest photos, taken in September this year, show her looking radiant and maintaining her youthful appearance, even sans makeup.
