Mark Chao and Gao Yuanyuan Vacation Together in Taiwan

Taiwanese actor Mark Chao (趙又廷) and mainland Chinese actress Gao Yuanyuan (高圓圓) were recently spotted vacationing together in Taiwan. The actress did not seem to have a baby bump, thus quelling rumors that she is pregnant.

Although Mark lives in Taiwan, paparazzi spied him bringing his girlfriend to a hotel when she came to visit him a few days ago. The lovebirds stayed overnight at the hotel and did not step foot in Mark’s northern Taipei residence until the following afternoon.

In November of last year, rumors began to fly that Gao Yuanyuan was pregnant and that the couple had secretly registered their marriage. The rumors gained even more ground after a recent event appearance, during which Yuanyuan was asked when she wanted to have a children. Although she has always been generous and relaxed in front of the media, Yuanyuan appeared embarrassed that day and rushed to evade further inquiries.

However, Yuanyuan’s stomach seemed quite flat in the paparazzi photos of her recent outing with Mark, suggesting that the couple has not yet reached that stage of their relationship.

Mark and Yuanyuan first met while filming the 2012 film Caught in the Web <搜索>. Unlike many other celebrity couples, who hide their love life due to fear of losing fans or attracting unwanted attention, Mark and Yuanyuan have never shied away from the paparazzi in their nearly two-year-long courtship.
