Moka Fang Mourns Abby Choi’s Death

News of Hong Kong socialite Abby Choi’s (蔡天鳳) gruesome murder in February shocked the world, and good friend Moka Fang (方媛) was devastated. Both mothers to young children, the pair were very close and would often visit each other’s homes and celebrated their birthdays together.

Moka shared her sorrow on social media, “I am extremely distraught and unable to accept that this is reality. My heart hurts so much that I can’t put it into words; I only have a thousand questions. I’m still unable to calm down my turbulent emotions. I can only pray that she rests in peace. ”

Moka’s husband Aaron Kwok (郭富城) recently appeared at Sha Tin Racecourse in a black suit and sunglasses to support his beloved horse. He was immediately swarmed by reporters, but remained silent and did not respond to any questions about the murder case. Although Moka usually attends the racecourse events with Aaron, she was noticeably absent at the event.

For two weeks, Moka remained silent on her social media as she continued to grieve Abby’s death. She posted recently to promote Aaron’s new movie Cyber Heist <斷網>, but did not choose to accompany him to the United States for his concert. However, Moka did take her daughters out for a movie and seemed to be slowly easing back into her usual lifestyle.
