Nana Ouyang and Fan Chengcheng are Dating?

Demonstrating their closeness on and off the screen, 21-year-old Taiwanese celloist/ actress Nana Ouyang (歐陽娜娜) and Fan Bingbing’s (范冰冰) brother, 21-year-old Fan Chengcheng (范丞丞) are speculated to have been in a relationship for over half a year.

Last month, Fan Chengcheng was seen with a new tattoo on his arm, which fans initially assumed it was to celebrate his love for Nana. Despite denying the tattoo was for Nana, insiders from several variety programs disclosed that the two have been dating in secret for six months, and that Fan Chengcheng has been spoiling the young actress with affection.

Close on Set

Possessing a sweet nature, Nana has been frequently linked to her male colleagues, including Shawn Dou (竇驍), Liu Haoran (劉昊然), Arthur Chen Feiyu (陳飛宇), and Lay Zhang (張藝興).

Working with Fan Chengcheng on variety show, FOURTRY 2 <潮流合夥人2> last year, the two reportedly hit if off immediately. Both born in 2000, the two had endless conversations and were often bickering playfully on set.

Keen-eyed fans witnessed Fan Chengcheng’s attitude towards Nana on the variety show as well. When Nana was trying to find clothing and almost knocked over a suitcase, Fan Chengcheng quickly came over to help steady the suitcase. When they went skiing, the more experienced Fan Chengcheng stayed with Nana, while she practiced instead of going with William Chan (陳偉霆) to the steeper hills.

With their birthdays just one day apart, the two even had a celebration together on June 1 this year.

Butterfly Tattoo Raises Suspicions

However, the pair’s rumored relationship was met with disapproval from fans. Some even left comments on Fan Chengcheng’s social media after a tattoo of a butterfly was seen on his arm. Butterfly in Korean is nabi, coincidentally a nickname that Nana frequently goes by.

Refuting the dating speculations, Fan Chengcheng released an official statement explaining that the butterfly was a symbol for his first drama, Wisher <致命願望>.
