Natalie Tong Would Not Check Boyfriend’s Cell Phone

Sharing details of her past relationship, Natalie Tong (唐詩詠) revealed that she was cheated on by one of her ex-boyfriends.

Hailed as TVB’s most eligible bachelorette and praised by netizens as the “Most Perfect Girlfriend,” Natalie’s love life has always been bumpy. Having dated both Amigo Chui (崔建邦) and Tony Hung (洪永城) in the past, many fans were taking guesses at who the cheating ex-boyfriend was. Choosing to not reveal his identity, Natalie only talked about his cheating.

Luckily, despite the failed relationships, Natalie maintains a fairly positive outlook on love and exclaims that her next boyfriend will definitely be better. “I honestly think that 5 out of 10 people experience something similar.”

Natalie said her ex-boyfriend would also constantly check her cellphone for possibilities of her cheating. Not thrilled by his constant checking, Natalie felt that he did not trust her at all.

Asked if she would check her future boyfriend’s cell phone, she said, “This is a really bad habit – we do this because we subconsciously want to find something negative about the other person. It’s very unsettling, and it’ll cause a lot of unhappiness with your significant other. It’s more important to be cautious. There are always happy and unhappy experiences in a relationship–it’s alright as long as we grow and learn from each one.”
