New TVB Dramas to Air in Second Half of 2022
Celebrating its 55th anniversary this year, TVB is gearing up to release six prominent dramas in the second half of 2022.
In the TVB Anniversary Programme Parade 2022, the dramas showcased were: Your Highness <痞子殿下> with Kalok Chow (周嘉洛) and Jeannie Chan (陳瀅); I’ve Got the Power <超能使者> starring Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) and Natalie Tong (唐詩詠); Big White Duel 2 <白色強人II > with Roger Kwok (郭晉安) and Nancy Wu (胡定欣); Speakers of Law <法言人> with Kenneth Ma (馬國明) and Rosina Lam (林夏薇); Forensic Heroes V <法證先鋒V > with Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and Sisley Choi (蔡思貝); and Treasure of Destiny <新四十二章> with Moses Chan (陳豪) and Katy Kung (龔嘉欣).
The latter three dramas will be aired during the Anniversary timeslot at the end of the year. As Speakers of Law is produced by seasoned industry veteran Lau Ka Ho (劉家豪), Rosina Lam has increased chances for Best Actress two for the second time in a row.
Big White Duel may also be a contender as an Anniversary drama, which may leave the Best Actress battle between Rosina and Nancy this year.

I don’t think I have finished a TVB drama yet this year. I started Ruco’s Chinatown one but it was predictably trite. It does have the advantage of being dubbed in a language I can understand so I may play it as background noise for chores. Probably because I have been busy, so I don’t know what was airing, but was any worth watching?
As much as I liked most of the people in Chinatown, it flopped for me. So boring because the plot was 99% the same as A Fist Within Four Walls. Stranger Anniversary is just something that goes in from one ear and out the other lol
I would say the Modern Dynasty is worth a watch. If you’re interested in thinking, then go with Barrack O’Karma2, but don’t watch the last episode xD

The only one that made an impression on me in the past year that I actually watched completely and enjoyed was Hello Missfortune.

@lilseemonster same! That one deserved more buzz. It’s too bad it was slated for such an early release – most ppl would forget about it by the end of the year. But it’s truly the ONLY tvb series that has piqued my interest at all this year
