Niki Chow Gives Birth to Baby Boy

Congratulations to Niki Chow (周勵淇) and Fu Yiming (傅浤鳴) on the arrival of their son!

According to sources, 40-year-old Niki and 46-year-old Yiming welcomed their baby boy on May 18 at the Canossa Hospital in Hong Kong after announcing the pregnancy last year. The bundle of joy weighed six pounds and reportedly inherited his dad’s high nose bridge.

As a first-time mother, Niki hired a postnatal care worker to guide her through this new chapter in life while she is currently breastfeeding and resting at home with her husband by her side. Although Yiming originally intended to return to China for work, he decided to prolong his stay in Hong Kong to care for their son.

Niki’s older sister Kathy Chow (周汶錡) often visits to help out the couple by taking care of Niki and sharing baby tips. Like Niki, Kathy was also a high-risk mother when she welcomed her first son Jacques at the age of 41. Two years later, she gave birth to her second son Avner. Kathy worked hard at the gym to quickly regain to her slim figure and return to modeling. Many believe Niki will also be returning to work soon.

Niki’s Pregnancy Journey

When Niki and Yiming announced their marriage in 2018, pregnancy rumors already began surfacing, but it wasn’t until January of this year when Niki shared the good news on Instagram. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and her pregnancy, she decided to rest in Hong Kong and avoided going out to gatherings except for a friend’s birthday and a baby party. She did not forget to update fans on her pregnancy journey and shared a photo of her pregnancy glow on Mother’s Day.
