Niki Chow is Happy With New Love Jeremy Tsui
Niki Chow (周麗淇) is radiating happiness after dating mainland Chinese heartthrob, Jeremy Tsui (徐正曦). Niki has been in a great mood since the news broke and was quite open to discussing her new romance at a recent public appearance.
Thirty-four-year-old Niki made headlines last month when the media exposed her secret getaway with Jeremy in Shanghai. The two met and fell in love after filming mainland Chinese drama, The Virtuous Queen of Han <大漢賢后衞子夫> this year. They were later seen sharing a romantic dinner on Niki’s birthday in August.
Having gone through two unsuccessful relationships in recent years, many are concerned about Niki’s future and whether dating a man younger than her by five years is the right choice. Niki and Jeremy will also have to juggle a long-distance relationship, with Jeremy filming primarily in mainland China.
When Niki appeared at a jewelry brand promotion on October 9, reporters jumped at the opportunity to ask her about her new romance. Although her love life was exposed, Niki feels happy and relaxed as if a load was taken off of her shoulders. She stated that she and Jeremy are doing well together, and that she treasures their current lifestyle. Niki seems to want to slow down and enjoy the present, asking for some time and space to adjust to the dating life and said that marriage can wait.
As for whether she will publicize her marriage plans, Niki said, “I may share after I have already done it! I have always been low-profile… I just want to be a normal, average person.”

Since she has had a boyfriend she looks more prettier.
i’m so glad she’s finally found her new love! Again, wish them all the best!<3
I hope this long distance relationship will go well
awwww i’m so happy that she’s happy and open about her love life! 🙂 eeeek! so excited for her!
Get married Niki ! ♥
Although I’m a big fan of Niki’s, I just can’t see it lasting. 34 yr old females are entering the latter stages of their entertainment career, whilst Jeremy five years younger would just be coming to their peak for men. Differences in work schedules, long distance, popularity difference, different life focus…. sorry but I have a bad feeling about this 🙁
Agree with you. Btw, the guy is 6 years younger and not 5. The reporter has made a mistake.
What worries me is their age gap. Anyway, I sincerely wish you happiness Niki. Good luck.
Heard that the guy is not rich actually. He has to borrow money to buy a 400 sq.ft property in Hong Kong last year from the company. Also, he tried to develop in Hong Kong but failed twice and he returned to China in 2008 and second time in 2010. He stays in China to develop until 2011, he managed to get people attention from two China series. He rumoured dated the female lead after filming the two series for six months and broke up early this year. Then, he pursues Niki when filming with her in July.
Being rich is not everything and should not be the most important thing. Actually, I think it can be a blessing that he is not rich because it would mean that Niki likes him for who he is, not how much money he has.
Most people rich or not borrow money to buy properties. Just because he borrowed money does not mean he isn’t from rich background.
naww happy for her!
Reading all these comments about the guy’s financial standing, all I can say is Niki, be careful of a guy with bad debt.
Agreed, especially if the man allows the woman to pay it off.
I wonder why is it ok for a guy to help a girl pay for her debts and all but it is not ok for a women to help a guy pay off his debts?? that is simply not fair…
Men should be “responsible” for their own actions. Men in debt are not ready for marriage. It’s simply contradictory.
BTW, I find it very interesting that Jeremy is agreeing to marriage. Don’t men usually avoid marriage until they are financially stable? Hmmm…
Are u referring to his borrowing money to purchase a property in HK? If it is, then it is called a MORTGAGE, which is very common way for people (celebs or otherwise) to fund their real estate transactions. LOL!!
Nope. He borrowed money from his own management company because he didn’t have enough money to pay for the down payment.
Then it would considered a private mortgage, with nothing down again, very common for real estate investment. Pretty gutsy for a then 23 year old and probably has made a killing by now since the HK real estate market has more then recoup from the 2008 crash.
