Niki Chow Brings Husband to Katy’s Birthday Party

Graced by a turnout of celebrity friends, Hong Kong supermodel Kathy Chow (周汶锜) threw a birthday bash to celebrate turning 49 years old on May 20, a day that is commonly abbreviated as “520” or “I love you” in Chinese. Celebrity friends including Carina Lau (刘嘉玲) and Michelle Reis (李嘉欣) shared virtual birthday wishes, while her sister, actress Niki Chow (周丽淇) was pictured posing sweetly with husband of 5 years, actor Fu Chengpeng (傅程鹏)!
Ended Longtime Romance to Marry Niki
A group photo shared by Kathy showed Niki smiling sweetly in her husband’s embrace, in a rare public display of affection. Niki had refuted homewrecking accusations back then for allegedly being the third party in Fu Chengpeng’s 20-year marriage with his then-wife, actress Cheng Hao (程愫).
Better known by his former name Fu Yiming, the actor was rumored to have gotten close to Niki on the set of their 2014 Chinese costume drama collaboration, Undercover <卧底>, where they played lovers, and later divorced his wife in 2017, with whom he has a son.
While she often shared snippets of her life on social media, the former “ultimate bachelorette” rarely posted photos of her son Morris or those with her husband, besides a photo of the two linking hands in their marriage announcement post. It was only recently that she shared a photo of them celebrating Morris’ birthday.
Though Fu Chengpeng was labeled a “scumbag” by netizens amid the cheating allegations, ex-wife Cheng Hao kept comments to a minimum. Busy with dramas and play performances in recent years, she occasionally shares happy moments of time spent with her son.
