Raymond Lam Denies Buying New “Love Nest”

It was recently rumored that Raymond Lam (林峯) and girlfriend Karena Ng (吳千語) have moved into a new “love nest” in Central, which Raymond allegedly purchased for about $62 million HKD. Attending Leo Ku (古巨基) and Lorraine’s wedding held on November 11, Raymond told the reporters that the rumors were false.

“My family has taught me that if I do have some money saved up, I should use it to invest on property,” explained Raymond. “I’ve been investing for many years. That’s really just it. I really don’t know how these rumors started. It’s not a love nest. Just an investment.”

Has Raymond invested on a lot of property in Hong Kong? “Not that much actually. When it comes to investing property, you have to be thorough and careful, and I don’t have time to do more research.” Asking if Raymond has already purchased a property under his girlfriend’s name, he immediately said, “Of course not! You only do this after getting married and starting a family.”
