Recently, top TVB siu sangs, Bosco Wong (黃宗澤), Ron Ng (吳卓羲) and Raymond Lam (林峯) were all tainted by promiscuous scandals. The media even mocked them as TVB’s “Three Amorous Knights”! Leaked stories of their alleged philandering have caused a ruckus in Hong Kong. Raymond was rumored to have juggled 3 hot women at the same time!
Juggling Act
It was reported that after Raymond Lam broke off with mainland actress, Mavis Pan (潘霜霜), he allegedly did not learn his lesson and continued to hunt for beautiful busty women. After he had successfully courted mainland actress, Liu Yuqi (劉羽琦), Raymond allegedly started pursuing 18-year-old film actress, Karena Ng (吳千語), who was reportedly to have a stable boyfriend earlier.
Raymond was allegedly not satisfied and went on hunting for more targets. His latest hunt is a 17-year-old Malaysian student, Vivian Loke!
Liu Yuqi Slept at Raymond’s House?
After his romantic scandals surfaced, Raymond denied dating these women, and even proclaimed that he did not know them well. However, Liu Yuqi’s good friend, Zheng Yuncheng (鄭蘊宬) felt injustice for Yuqi, and exposed that Raymond had cheated in love.
Mainland Chinese actor, Zheng Yuncheng, disclosed that Raymond and Yuqi first met at Li Cheng’s (李晨) birthday party. He said, “Raymond was very cautious. He already expressed that he would not take any photos, but I knew that after he met Yuqi, he pursued her relentlessly! The two even spent Christmas together in Xiamen!”
Yuncheng further shared that Raymond wanted an underground relationship; their dating was very secretive. The dating place would be at his house, working studio, or his friend’s recording studio.
Yuncheng said, “Yuqi loved Raymond too much; she could not bear to leave him! Every time, she went to Hong Kong, she paid the expenses herself. Now, he pretends not to know her! He is a hypocrite! I can no longer stand him!”
“Dating Evidence” Produced
In order to expose Raymond’s lie, Yuncheng produced a photo of Yuqi hugging a husky dog, in which he claimed it was Raymond’s dog. Yuncheng implied that Yuqi had slept overnight at Raymond’s place. He also produced an affectionate photo of Raymond and Yuqi in a plane cabin; Raymond and Yuqi were beaming lovingly and their heads leaned next to one another in that photo.
When asked about the photos in which Yuncheng produced, Liu Yuqi said, “He (Raymond) said there was trouble before, so dating had to be careful.”
Yuqi was later asked to explain about her photo with Raymond’s dog. She vaguely replied, “Yes! I love chatting with friends.”
Raymond Loves Dating Young Girls?
It was reported that both Karena Ng and Liu Yuqi celebrated Christmas with Raymond in Xiamen. Raymond Lam’s cousin, Lin Xiawei (林夏薇) allegedly acted as a shield for Raymond to bring the 2 women to his place.
After dating 18-year-old Karena, Raymond was reportedly became interested in another young girl. This time, it is a 17-year-old Malaysian student, Vivian Loke, whom he met half a year ago at a nightclub. Vivian allegedly bragged to her friends that she slept over at Raymond’s place twice a week!
When the reporter contacted Vivian, she replied alarmingly, “Where did you hear it from?”

Liu Yuqi is enjoying her moment of fame. She is sticking to her story of sleeping over at Raymond’s house. Surprised Raymond has not issued press statement yet.
I think he think saying anything to her just can make her talk more and the consequence is that: He becomes wikipedia who helped these nameless models to be famous.

i can’t tell if its the same dog from just 1 pic but its pretty obvious its the same breed(i have a husky too). you do look dogs can look quite different when they fold their ears as oppposed to cocking them up.
Look at the left eye. The one he hugged (his dog Mimi) has black eyeball for the left eye. The one she hugged has light eyeball for the left eye.
Difficult to see but from the look of the pattern on the dog’s face looks alike. Colour of the eyes can be due to camera exposure. But will need dog’s headshot for both pictures to confirm.

Husky – pure blood usually has 2 different color on eyeball – one black, one light. Mimi’s left eye is black, right eye is light. The dog Liu Yuqi hugged has the left eye is light. This thing can’t be due to camera exposure because it’s natural of Husky.
Of course, she hugged a black-white Siberian Husky but not Mimi, just that. All black-white Siberian Husky have the same color on face like this, that’s why they are in same beard.

I already said, the lightning may affect the colour of the eyeballs and the picture is not the best quality. I don’t look at the picture with a magnifying glass and a determination to deny everything, so I wouldn’t have been able to see it as clear as you can see.
But that would suggest she went all out to find a similar dog just to take such a picture to implicate him in an affair he never had. If that is true, why is he not suing her for libel? But then his reputation when it comes to women is already in tatters.

i think he looks older than his age too, probably cos his face is so gaunt. i remember watching him in a promo one time along with wu jun and vic zhou. they are around the same age, but the other two looked so young and fresh-faced, while ray seemed all tired and “chaan”. been a fan of ray for 10+ years (although not so much lately) so i’m not trying to bash him.
i blame 620 who initially made him lose weight circa 2004. he was so cute and healthy looking before that.
I think her decision to make him lose weight in 2004 was a correct one. With it, he stepped to a new stage in his career. Maybe ppl who like him chubby won’t like the skeleton him but he looks more appealing after losing weight for sure. His look now is a bit too underweight and I prefer a little chubby him, but back to LWOLAP time, shouldn’t :P.
If comparing him to other 1979 guys, I still think he looks a lot younger than his age. Vic Chou with mustache and skeleton face in Yang movie looks kinda old, too, if you compare the faces on the trailer of Yang movie when they are all in.
One thing can’t deny: He is one of the busiest artist in Txb, or even in HK rite now. Sometimes the tight schedule makes him look tired. Whenever he has enough rest, he’ll look better. Vic had to grow a beard FOR the role because his role is supposed to look older (3rd brother), since he naturally looks much younger than the others, esp in front of the press. If you were to compare Vic with moustache and Raymond with moustache, Raymond looks older and more tired.

This situation really reminds me of a chapter in Cang Hai – my favourite novel. A woman said to Kuk Chun that he wouldn’t have any impact if someone just falsely accused him. Then Kuk Chun just used few lines to make up a story to accuse this woman and made her husband slapped her. He smiled in the end to say that “Yes, you say that the false accusations can’t hurt anyone, then you see it by your own eyes.” My most favourite part in the novel.
It is true that in the legal sense he is doing nothing wrong. But at the same time there are moral standards that would suggest otherwise.
What kind of moral standards?
1. She is 19, considered as an adult by law. Two adults in a relationship.
2. She isn’t his sister, cousin or someone share same blood with him.
3. She isn’t wife of anyone. He is also unmarried. Two unmarried adults.
4. Her metal ability is totally normal and same to his.
Moral standards don’t ban these types of ppl to date. Or would you please enlighten me about these moral standards?

Moral standards are what a community thinks is “okay” or not. When I hear 32 year old male dating a 18 year old, I think “creepy” – I polled some friends on another site I belong to and they agree – creepy. I asked my wife – she too says “creepy.” It isn’t anything written down or that you can easily reference. And this isn’t to say that it is out right wrong. Every country, every culture will have different moral compasses. What is right in one country, can be very wrong in another. Multiple brides for example… in some countries it is morally acceptable – in others, not so much 🙂

Objectively speaking, there is a moral or even legal problem here. It’s not like he is dating a school girl. He is dating a full-fledged starlet or actress. The girl has no problem appearing in kissing and other intimate scenes. Do you guys have problems with this girl as an actress?

What happen between KC and Next in 2011?
My problem with a 30-year-old dating a barely 20-year-old is that on average, a 30-year-old has more life experience than a 20-year-old. A 19-year-old is just starting to experience life and doesn’t know what she/he wants in life yet. It’s not until a female is in the mid-20s that she knows what she wants and what her goals are. As for a male, men’s brain doesn’t reach full development until late 20s and into their early 30s.
If she’s 20above it will be more comfortable.

Do you have problem to a 19 date a 15 and then both pf them agree to have sex, then 15 give birth to a kid but necer care for the kid, lead the kid to a person that want to kill anything related to couple, first is small animals like mouse, bird, then dog. On the other hand, I’ve seen a 19 year old girl agreed to get married with a 50 year old man. He even had cancer and she took care for him in the rest of his life. 20 yeaold, she became a widow and she didnt get married after that, spend the rest of her life to take care for his own kids until they frew up. One of them was my teacher, a teacher that I respected. He said that his step mother is not an angel because she is too real. I met this great woman, too and when I ask her, she smiled at me to say: ppl can choose their way to go. Sometimes the worse way is the best way.
Ppl often laughed on my mom’s back because she got married with a man who is older than her 18 years and had 7 kids with the passed away wife. Being his wife, she had to face 7 kids, the oldest is younger than her just few years. But she still can do it. Now all of us call her Mother and the outsiders are jealous with my mom’s happiness.
The examples above to tell me that as long as you have good intentions in your mind, you can have good life, no matter wat you are young or old.
Ah.. so you have a person reason Fox 😉 Again, no where did I say it was wrong, but morally it is frowned upon. I’m sure your mother faced the same issues in her relationship, and their relationship has no doubt lent to your life experience so that you can see things in a different light. But when you are talking about the majority of people (at least in the west) that type of age gap with a girl under 20 is not something considered “normal.”
It’s really no different than the challenges that inter-racial marriages faced several year ago.
West or East? West = ppl in UK or Europe? I’m in UK now and there are two of my lectures who are 50++ with gfs (not married yet) who are students :). No matter arisen and ppl still respect him and congrats the couple. The ppl in Asia are more nosey to others’ private life and like to leave judgements than in the West. Of course, everywhere have exceptions.
I use these examples to let you see that the intentions are more important than age. They are living their life. The outsiders shouldn’t judge them or put pressure on them in case they don’t do anything wrong, legally and morally. Like I said above, the chapter in Cang Hai described quite well the situation: You will think that the false accusations can’t hurt anyone unless you face it yourself.
A couple with huge age gap still can be a good couple while a couple with no age gap can leave terrible consequences. As long as they don’t breach anything and don’t harm anyone, they deserve a chance to have happiness. It’s the same to homosexual couples or the intersexual people.

No doubt relationships of any age can have problems, and an age gap isn’t too much of a problem later in life (25 and 39 for example). One would suggest that a couple with someone at such a young age would face more issues though, because the level of maturity between the two is so different.
I also think that the issue with inter-racial and homosexual relationships is a little different than age difference. I have no issues with either inter-racial or homosexual relationships, but at the same time, if a 32 year old man were to start dating a 18 year old teenage boy, I probably would have that same feeling of “cradle robbing”
But if we step back and ask why is it okay for an 18 year old to date a 32 year old? Is it just because she is of “legal” age? Isn’t “legal age” just something that we humans have created? If you go by nature most girls are ready to bear children at a much younger age…. Isn’t that natures way of saying they are ready to be with a male of species? So we shouldn’t prevent that should we? But we do prevent it because of the belief that we are “protecting youth.”
In history is was not uncommon for women to marry at the age of 12 and 13 – but at that time the average age expectancy was 40-50 years.
Society has grown to frown upon such unions, and have placed “laws” in order to “protect” youth.
So I do understand what you are saying Fox, but that doesn’t mean that the relationship won’t face such scrutiny – at least in this point in time. I think comments even from this article show that 🙂
Public will most likely accept and embrace a 25 year old woman with 40, 50, or even 60 year old man, but 18-19? Yes it’s not immoral or illegal, but frowned upon is true.
I understand your point TVBFanatic but from the view of law, I blv the law makers in most of country set 18 as the legal age because the researches showed out that 18 is mature enough to decide her/his life.
Yes, girls can have children a lot younger, 12-13 now even can. The youngest mother in the world is 8 years old. Same to guy. He can have children from 12-13 years old, too. Even younger. But the natural birth age can’t help the children to have maturity. 18 is chosen as it’s a new stage of life, when the kids turn adults and have the responsibilities. I want to expand that 15 is the age for labour because at the age of 15, s/he is tend to have enough health to work like an adult, physically. 15 is also the age set up in laws of many countries that if the girl passed 15, she can agree to have sex with a guy without causing the guy to crime. Reason for this is also the maturity. 15 is enough for the girl to understand the consequence of sex and can start to have the responsibility. However, the law makers also know that 15 isn’t mature enough and can be used, so 15 to 18 is like a training period for the minor to turn adult. Under 15: child. 15 – 18: minor who can decide something of her/his life but not all, have to bear a part of the responsibilities. Over 18: Full adult – Have to bear the responsibility in full and considered as mature enough to decide life.
That’s from the law.
Talking about moral, the moral will be considered if it breach the traditional custom and value. The custom can’t be raised up because in the past, old men always have young girls. The different between the maturity isn’t a matter because each ppl will have own maturity development. A 50 year old still can be immature and a 10 year old still can be mature.
Only the traditional value is placed in here. I talked a little about it above. The eyes of public sometimes are ridiculous like this. Like before or even now, they laugh at the homosexual people. That’s why older man-younger woman relationship, younger man-older woman relationship, homosexual relationship, inter-racial relationship, disabled-regular person relationship, short man-tall woman relationship, ugly man-beautiful woman relationship, handsome man-ugly woman relationship, fat person-slim person relationship are unacceptable in our society. Everyone wants a prince-and-princess happy ending even though many people realize that it is not the only relationship that exists in this world. My feeling is they did. It was just sex. But now she wants a bit of publicity. Problem with Ray is from the news he seems to want to validate the relationships in his own way, if the accounts are to be believed. I still feel he is a die hard romantic in his heart; meaning even a one night stand to him at that moment is a relationship, because he probably thinks of himself as a gentleman and refuses to see himself as some playboy lothario into sex only. Some do validate their relationship that way, probably call themselves free spirited or whatever. He will settle down one day when he meets a woman he is not willing to leave after a few days or a night of fun.

I always have this impression on LF of that he is a gentle pursuer whether on bed or in dating game, he always shows his gentleman side and he knew girls like it that way (to be treated like aprincess).. but Lf is also craze for sex and fun from these women, he kinda like picking up pretty girls and sleep with them after he successfully pursued them.
Problem with LF is he got addicted from picking pretty girls whereby these girls would use this opportunity to seek fame and gain publicity. I guess LF really need to do Yoga to cleanse his mind from sexual lust.

In 2009 I have a frd who saw 30 of her calls in just 2 hours on his cellphone :P. If you want to know why my frd saw it, uhm, she worked as assistant for the company which invited him to perform and went out with him for dinner with the company. While he was eating, the phone rang continuously and all were from ++. My frd curiously asked his makeup artist and she said from his gf. ++ = Xin Xin (Linda’s name in Mandarin), I blv we all know this. My frd finally quit this company so I can say now :P.
