Raymond Lam Shares Sex Scene with Chrissie Chau in “Perfect Wedding”
Raymond Lam Fung’s new movie, Perfect Wedding <抱抱俏佳人> will be shown in Hong Kong theaters on October 21st. In the film, Raymond will fall in love with his boss, Miriam Yeung Chin Wah. However, Raymond’s character will have one night stands with other women, including Chrissie Chau Sau Na.
To make the characters stand out more, Director Wong Chun Chun added a last minute intimate scene where Chrissie removed her top to reveal her bra in front of Raymond. According to inside sources, Raymond acted very professionally and did not gape at the well-endowed Chrissie, who possessed a 32D figure prior to the actual filming of the scene.
When the actual kissing scene was filmed, Raymond had seven outtakes. Many of the crew members teased Raymond that he intentionally had the outtakes in order to prolong his contact with Chrissie.
Earlier, Chrissie filmed a commercial for a Japanese food brand while wearing a light blue bra. In her bed scene with Raymond, she also wore a blue bra, which apparently has become her war armor!

Jayne: I’m not a big fan of Chrissie Chau; she comes across as cheap in her highly suggestive photo books. Let’s see how long her fame will last….
I wonder how Raymond will appear in these kind of sex scenes? Personally, I can’t envision him in these scenes since his image is so clean. Did he borrow any moves from Daniel Wu, who excels in these type of bed scenes?
32d?!! theres no way they’re natural. shes such a skinny girl…. she has a pretty face. i’ve been reading about her a lot lately. is she really popular in hk right now?
I’ve seen Chrissie’s ad in a magazine. Her body seems pretty balance.
Being a famous leng mo can give her a kick start in career. Whether her career will last or not will depend on what she does with her fame. Aaron Kwok became an overnight star because of a commercial and he was able to develope his career from there.
I check her wiki. She has 3 yet to be released films where she played the lead.
I’m sure Ray is envied by many of Chrissie’s male admirers. He sure gets to kiss a lot of pretty girls, but I hope now that he is in movies, he won’t be like another Daniel Wu that ends up filming love scenes all the time because afterall he has an image that he needs to maintain. As for Chrissie, I think her figure is natural, and that is her biggest asset. I’m doubtful of her acting skills though. She is the most popular among the lang mo’s along with Angelababy and Janice Man. They are all pretty, but will really need to work hard and prove themselves in their performances to get out of being labeled as just a “lang mo.”
Now THAT is a kiss. And frankly please no false advertisement. Sex scene and intimate scenes are totally different. I may not pay to see intimate scene but sex scenes with Raymond Lam? Maybe I will. Frankly I doubt sex scenes. Just intimate scenes most likely.
7 NGs only? Maybe the girl NG instead of him?
There are women who are very well endowed naturally. The only way to know is for her to strip and see if she’s on her back do they look like rockets ready to launch. Sorry but I have no other way to describe them!
Personally, I think it would be great if Ray picked up some skills his movie-making career because he’s always been pretty bad at kissing on screen. In his defence though, 90% of all TVB kissing scenes look highly awkward and unnatural. Hollywood has spoiled us.
totally agree with ya Advo!! Hollywood kissing scenes are passionate and romantic..tvb kisses are truly unnatural!!
would love to be the girl being kissed by Raymond ^_^
Chrissie Chau’s boobs are fake. I have seen her earlier pics bf she become leng mo. I can only describe as stone at the airport.
LOL-you guys crack me up. For someone bone thin, 32D is extremely big-does her back bother her? If she trip, will she lose her balance? I agree, I think she might be the one with the NGs, enjoying the moment too much. I know that Raymond’s kiss in TVB series are not intimate enough, but that is good. I don’t want him to look like a “sek long” when he filmed those kissing scene. I think conservative passionate is nice compared to fiery lust. Just my opinion. And I certaintly don’t hope to see him filming love scenes, please, leave some room for imagination to his fans.:) And considering that he won’t even get an ear pierced without seeking his parent’s permission (acceptance), he probably won’t do those scenes, afterall, his father is a well respected business man and Raymond always comes accross to me as more conservative compared to Daniel Wu who grew-up in the States.
Daniel Wu is still the king of love scenes. In fact, you can say that his early film career was selling him as a sex symbol!
I think Raymond Lam is still running the idol route. But he has broad market appeal among women of all ages. People love him as the dashing romantic lead.
I think Chrissie Chau’s boobs are either fake or she wears LOTS of padding. In some photo shoots, her cleavage is almost pushed up to her chin.
Definitely fake or with lots of padding.
it’s just not common in the asian culture to have such great assets.
Raymond has expressed that he would do more explicit scenes in movies if it was considered artistic, and if given enough time to get in shape.
For some reason, Raymond doesn’t seem as hunky or dashing as he did before. His current look is too feminine (in my opinion) and does not add whatsoever to his appeal. Pictures of him at Miriam at their movie promotion event in Guangzhou have him looking more made-up than Miriam, with lipstick and lots of facial makeup. With that image, I can’t buy him as a hunky leading man… more brokeback if anything. Sorry if that offends any Raymond fans.
Have great assets is a culture thing? I thought it’s genes.

Oops.. I meant pictures of Raymond & Miriam at the movie premiere event in HK. The pictures of him make him look absolutely awful.
Are there any “manly man” actors right now?? Like Chow Yun Fat was a true leading man – tall, dark, handsome & manly! The male actors these days just cannot compare.
From the review of PW, Chrissie’s acting is praised. I haven’t watched so no comment. But her voice is kinda manly.
@ Lynn: Oh, I’m sure tat you dun meet much Asian guys now, especially Korean male stars. Fung has a feminine look now (kinda pretty face) but his gestures are not as feminine as many guys atm. Maybe a brokeback movie will be good to him. Haha, have just finished So happy together of Tony Leung and Leslie Cheung. A must watch.
I think Raymond does look a little feminine and horrible nowadays but I think that that’s because he’s just way haggard and lost too much weight. His face is disappearing into one vertical line with the sunken cheeks. He needs to rest and eat up yo!
Haha, Raymond is no where near feminine if you compare him to Taiwanese idol drama actors. HK actors are still generally masculine or boyish compared to the pretty boys of Taiwanese idol drama.
I have no opinion on Chrissie Chau yet. For now she’s just a leng mo to me.
I have faith in Miriam to carry this movie. She excels at light romance and again this is her game. Raymond Lam will be a perfect fit as the lover boy. He has the gentlemanly look and good looking face as a dashing romance hero.
It’s not wrong to start off as an idol. Andy Lau was one and look at where he’s standing now. Raymond Lam is an idol and isn’t my cup of tea but I admit that he has a massive appeal with his good looking face and is very suitable for romance type movies since he’s established a singing forte based on love ballads.
Yes Advo, being in this movie will help Raymond pick up some skills from professional movie directors and will equip him for more big screen opportunities.
Raymond doesn’t look like those manga boys that Taiwan and especially Japan favours. Not at all. BUT Raymond does look thin and exceedingly pale. He needs good foundation. He needs another round of good tan. Some good food. Some good rest And above all else, a good haircut.
Admit it though; I wouldn’t want to see him naked. He would look awful. Laugh all you want about those manga looking boys in taiwan, to be a teen idol there you need height, looks and built. Same as in Korea. (except Japan, there you need fantastic awesome hair). Acting abilities is as always optional. I swear some Taiwanese actors can’t even talk properly more so act properly. But damn it, they do look good.

I don’t know about current state but from the trailers and promotional posters Raymond looks good in the movie Perfect Wedding. I’m sure many girls will love his appearance and romantic acting. Some people commented that he wore makeup but believe me, everyone who went onscreen wears make up 🙂
Raymond is good looking, no doubt but he’s not that handsome, compared to some other Taiwanese idols. Among TVB actors, I find Kevin Cheng really handsome facial feature wise (no comment on his height and acting). However, Raymond have a sophisticated air.
Movies and series can be misleading… or I rather say courtesy of an experienced lighting master and art director.
Raymond do look very different from his days in Survivor Law I. Then, he was tan, masculine and good looking. He now looks very feminine!
Raymond has to follow the great advice of Adam Cheng who once said whenever he was filming he will carry his ermm what’s that called? Reflector shield? Those that brighten up your face? And true enough he was carrying one when he was delivering his lines I believe on a horse. Which is why he always looks good.
(I will also leave out acting comments)Kevin Cheng has a traditionally handsome look, but the handsome feature only translates well in modern series. IMO I found him not good looking in any other eras.He also can’t carry the bald look. I recently saw some filming he’s doing with Kate Tsui where he has no hair, and he becomes ordinary.
Daniel Wu is one of those who can carry a bald or army cut head, but I might be bias 🙂
Saw the trailer of the movie. Raymond is very tan in it. Also read one review about the movie. The movie and Raymond’s acting both get good review.

My intuition and expectation turns out right. How about Miriam Yeung? I hope I’m right about her too 🙂
Miriam also gets good review.

Well, to me and obviously to fans that haven’t see such a hot scene like that, there are sure many surprises.
Also, this scene marks as a breakthrough for Fung since this scene is a bit different from the image he always has. I have no comments about Chrissie either about her acting or her physical appearance though, if she really is talented, there’s no need to discuss. But if she’s not, then it’s not my business either.
Hope this movie is going well.
This movie did not get good review. Hopefully, their unrelenting promotion of the movie will bring people into the theatre.
Raymond’s latest image is too “gay” and too “player”. And his lastest movies and TVB series project a “靓仔” image. Frankly, the HK public (including me) is getting tired of his new image. He projects more like a solid actor in the past. Now, he just look like an idol with too much makeup. His “管家仔” image help promotes his love songs. I hope TVB would get him more serious movie role and give him some time to rest.
Chrissie Chau — NO COMMENT. This sex scene looks “cheap” because of her self-protraited “len-mo” image. If her role is played by Linda Chung, the sex scene will look “sweet” like 鄭元暢 and 林依晨’s bed scene in 惡作劇2吻.
I agree, quite disappointed with Raymond’s role lately. I think the is being over-worked. He needs to take a step back and determine what kind of actor he wants to be and take roles that shows a little manliness. I think he has done enough mister romantic, perhaps, a bad boy or evil character would be a good challenge.
Lately, he does come accross as a “little gay”. He needs to rest up and buff-up a little more. He has handsome features but I do not like him his pretty feminine look, then the role would be quite limited. Ie, Louis Koo used to have that pretty boy feminine look but look at him now, very manly and tan:)

Perhaps that’s the limitation of being managed by a company like TVB. The management dictates most of the time. Then again, I’ve heard that Raymond Lam’s dramas for next year will feature him as (1) an unearthly devil-a nonhuman character (2) a spoilt bad-rich boy turning humbler. I guess these may show the other sides of Mr Lam.
I agree with RAYMOND’s comments. Raymond’s current idol path will not help establish his career as a serious actor. His acting is only mediocre at this point and while he has room to grow and develop as an actor, his current roles do nothing to help that. Others are trying to promote him as the next Louis Koo, Tony Leung, Andy Lau, etc., but in my opinion, he doesn’t stack up by far.
Lol, tat’s why Huang Xiao Ming has to jell tat he dun want ppl to call him “handsome”. Good look now becomes a big trouble to whoever have it.
That is why a lot of more serious actors hate being called an “idol” because that is based more on looks, not talent. I personally never liked an actor/singer for just their looks since they are ACTORS and SINGERS NOT models.
The difference between Raymond Lam and Andy/Louis/Tony is that they didn’t make it to where they are today by strong and forceful promotion by a big company in a rapid way. They made it up slowly (with good networking skill) and it’s up to the audience to accept them. I don’t think Louis/Tony/Andy have movies specifically made for them back in their early days in the movie industry.
I think Raymond Lam will do better if he has been given chances to portray different roles. Just like the others, they had their chance and they perform well.Besides, he new in movie industry and directors afraid to use newcomers, usually stick to same actor/actress which has been working with them before. How would you know if you don’t give them chance to try perform in your movies.
“The difference between Raymond Lam and Andy/Louis/Tony is that they didn’t make it to where they are today by strong and forceful promotion by a big company in a rapid way.”
Disagree. Tony (Leung Chiu Wai), Andy and Louis Koo practically bursts into the entertainment scene as leading actors. When they have made their name on the telly, they move to movies where they’re consistently leading man. Every actor needs networking skills but they were all heavily promoted back when they first appeared.
Sean Lau, Francis Ng, Stephen Chow .. now those learn networking skills.
@ HeTieShou: Definitely. BTW, in many ppl’s minds, good look = idol, bad look = real ability. Lol, no doubt why back then, when Lam Fung didn’t be praised for his look, less complaints about his abilities.
@ Kidd: Nope, actually the biggest different is Internet. Before netizens dun exist or not be as powerful as now. If you rmb, Tony was heavily promoted by TVB and Louis, is an example for heavily promotion as his first series (acted the 1st time in Hello teacher) is second leading role, then the Yang Guo role :).
Hmm, and Louis hasn’t established a big status in movie industry yet.

I’ll make myself clearer. The strong and forceful promotion I mean is not TVB promoting him in series, but, his venture in movies world and music. Louis/Andy/Tony didn’t have big budget marketing fees to promote them like Raymond does now. They didn’t have TVB and EEG making movies purposely to promote them. I believe Tony/Andy/Louis were consistently leading in movies because of their established popularity in series and because of their (or their managers’) networking skill. I don’t think anyone is trying to promote Louis into the next Tony Leung back then.
Fox,
Andy/Louis/Tony were heavily promoted in TVB, but, not in movies where they have to strike out on their own (or their managers get deal for them). But, Raymond have movies purposely made to promote him. Movies where he co-stars with established actresses. (I’m not talking about acting skills. So, no need to start on Charlene’s or Miriam’s bad acting if anyone thinks so). As for Louis Koo’s TVB series. I think he was also in ‘Happy Harmony’ and ‘Knot to Treasure’ before ROCH.
I’m talking about the movie circle, not, TVB.
Come to think of it, Raymond need this kind of promotion if he wants to make it big because entertainment circle in HK nowadays is different from yesteryear. It’s more competitive and less movies are made. In the past, it’s easy for popular TV actors to join the movie circle because of the lack of competition and the large amount of movies made in the golden era. But, now, HK are making a lot less movies and it’s usually collaboration with foreign companies. So, different strategy need to be applied.
Hmmmm, why does it sound like it’s Lam Fung’s fault for being too heavily promoted? If TVB really got him chance to be in the movie or a drama, as an employee under TVB’s management and also for his job, he just simply have to accepted. I mean, it’s understandable why TVB is promoting him a lot lately, because look, who else can they promote as a siu sang? Chan Ho, Lai Lok Yi or Matthew Koo?
I don’t think it’s Lam Fung’s fault for having the same role image over and over again nor being too promoted by TVB.
No one’s saying it’s Raymond Lam’s fault. Most of the critics here blame TVB and his management more.
Secondly, please don’t make it sound like Raymond is such a victim and has no choice. I believe Raymond cherish these opportunities very much and he very willingly and gladly accept all the jobs for his career’s sake because he knows not everyone get a chance like this.
Well, what you believe might not be the truth. Nothing is absolute in this world.
Why is TVB heavily promoting Lam Fung? It’s their business and it has to have some reasons for them to do so too. I’m not surprised about that fact.
Well, what you believe might not be the truth. Nothing is absolute in this world.
And your belief that Raymond is the victim who has no choice in his career direction at all might not be the truth either.
“Why is TVB heavily promoting Lam Fung? It’s their business and it has to have some reasons for them to do so too. I’m not surprised about that fact.”
Yes, we (fans and critics) both know why TVB is promoting Raymond Lam. He’s the most promising and all rounder of the bunch in his generation. Most critics here are faulting TVB for overworking Raymond and while RAYMOND is faulting TVB’s packing of him as an idol.
@ Kidd: Hello Teacher is Louis’s first series in TVB and he is second lead, after Leon Lai :D. I can rmb this series very well because it’s the first modern series of TVB I have watched.
Uhm, I think most of Louis’s series I have watched is leading role, except the super big one. I can rmb tat rite after leaving TVB, Louis received a movie with leading role, so he dun willing to come back to TVB.
Hmm, and I dun find anybody planning to promote Lam Fung as second Tony Leung, just the opinion of Barbara Wong.
Overall, tat’s all TVB’s fault, haizz.
Fox,
Ah, maybe that’s why our perception is different. The first few Louis movies I watched, he’s mainly supporting actor or one of a large ensemble like ‘Let’s Go Slam Dunk’, ‘Troublesome Nights’ and ‘The Young Ones’ (he has a small but memorable cameo in this movie) while his first TVB I watch was ‘Cold Blood Warm Heart’. That’s why I always thought Louis didn’t start out leading in movies and series. I know he was promoted in TVB (or he wouldn’t be given lead roles in series), but, always has the impression that he climb the ladder slowly in movie circle. I still believe that he got lead roles in movies because of his popularity from series and good networking instead of a big company heavily and strategically promoting him.
But, that’s how HK entertainment works now. Twins were promoted this way.
Louis wasn’t second lead in Hello Teacher. Jim Wong and Roman Tam probably shared the second lead while Louis and the kids shared as supporting cast.
I blame TVB and only TVB for majority of the issues. We lack good quality series because all TVB care about is the money. I really wish TVB management had a heart for art and perhaps we’ll have quality series versus piles of crap.
I used to re-watch tvb series because they were so good. Now, I can barely finish a series.
As an employee, (speaking as if I’m Raymond) if i’m truly passionate about something, i wouldn’t want constant booking of series/movies/concerts/albums. as jayne has mentioned in previous article related to sammuel chan, the artist will have zero opportunity to reflect on previous mishaps. short term wise, ray is pocketing tons of money but there’s a lot of uncertainty in his future. what happens if tvb suddenly cease the “intense” promotion and eeg found a better artist to promote?
i don’t dislike raymond or anything but i find him having a hard time resisting the temptations.
