Raymond Wong Proposes and Kisses to Kate Tsui
Raymond Wong Ho Yin and Kate Tsui Chi San promoted TVB series, When Lanes Merge <情越雙白線>.Raymond awkwardly knelt down and proposed to Kate. When the crowd asked Raymond to kiss Kate, she yelped. Raymond placed a hand between their faces before planting a kiss.
Did Raymond feel awkward kissing Kate? “I am just trying to please everyone.” (Did Raymond kneel down when he proposed to his wife?) “Yes, I did.”
Due to Ken Cheng Dak Si’s stellar performance in When Lanes Merge, there has been early buzz about him receiving TVB’s Best Actor Award. Ken responded, “That’s impossible. A good series does not need good luck!”
Raymond expressed his joy in having the opportunity to work with Ken in When Lanes Merge. Although Ken scolded him on the set, Raymond joked that being scolded by the two-time award winning actor was not a problem.

Jayne: IMO, Raymond Wong looks a lot like Marco Ngai. Although both are not classically handsome, they possess a masculinity that make you look twice. I was a little shocked to find out that Raymond Wong has been married for many years.
I am also enjoying this series too as it turned out better than I had expected-both Ken and Raymond did a great job. The other actress that had a great performance was Kingdom Yuen-her crying scenes are so natural and I do pity her character. Kate and Sonija did not stand out with their roles nor their acting unfortunately.
I actually am glad to see Raymond take on lead roles as I think he has the charm and charisma. On another note, I also noticed that his fellow former ATV actor Benny/Ruco Chan has been cast in a lot of series and roles lately. Unfortunately, he has been cast in supporting roles and usually as a villain or unlikeable role. I do like him though and see some potential in him in taking some meaty roles in the future-I think TVB might be building up his experience.
It’s refreshing that TVB is now promoting an openly married actor.
So, the other siu sangs. No need to hide and deny lah. :p
I hope that Ruco will soon get the opportunity that Raymond does. He’s stuck in villain roles now.

I don’t know about building his experience. It’s not like he’s a newbie fresh out of acting class. He has already has tons of experience in ATV tackling various challenging and difficult roles.
I hope his fate is not like Eric Li, another actor who is always stuck in villain roles.
Ruco is actually quite multi-talented. He can act and sing (he sings a lot of themesongs for ATV series) and used to be a national sportman.
Yeah, that’s why I see potential in him because of his talent. I hope he has the same fate as Kevin Cheng-getting supporting roles when he first returned, and then taking on lead roles later. At least his acting is not wooden. I totally agree with you on Eric Li-definitely underrated actor. He needs to get promoted soon! I like him too! I actually love him as a villain although I hope he’s not typecast in those kind of roles.
I didn’t think that I would enjoy this series that much but I really like it!
Raymond’s acting here is quite good! I didn’t realize he was married!! Wahhh!!
Ruco/Benny (does he have 2 English names?) is quite good looking…always catches my attention & he’s not a newbie either.
i was surprised too.. never knew raymond was married 😮
Married? When? Who? Children?
Funn,
Raymond married Mok Ka Ka in Dec 2005 after dating for 4 years. She’s Twins’ image stylist.
damn. he’s married >< haha lol, doesn't matter, he's still one of my favourite tvb male actors ^^
He really is talented and i'm so glad TVB is promoting him so much now, His acting in "When lanes merge" was reallly good, i really loved the series, probably one of my favourite so far from TVB in 2010. It is really meaningful and very touching.
and he's kinda…hot lol XD
Vamos deixar esses papos furados de lado, e ir logo ao que interessa. Cadê os novos filmes asiáticos, principalmente chineses, em dvd para as locadoras de todo o Brasil? Alguém poderia me responder?
Tomem muito cuidado pessoal da Ásia, os americanos estão copiando o jeito de vocês fazerem filmes, descaradamente. Reparem só, o novo filme guerra é guerra, é ou não é um remake do filme coreano Iris? ai! ai! ai!
