Ron Ng Rumored to be Dating Janelle Sing
Ron Ng (吳卓羲) is allegedly dating his Marriage in Ten Years <待嫁十年> co-star Janelle Sing (盛君).
Known for his many love scandals, Ron has been linked with his beautiful female co-stars since his breakup with former flame Viann Zhang (張馨予). Most recently, Ron was said to be dating his Triumph in the Skies 2 <衝上雲霄II> co-star Kelly Fu (傅嘉莉). Inside sources claimed that Ron was especially attentive to Kelly on the set, and Kelly also very publicly proclaimed her good feelings for the 34-year-old. Ron, however, insisted that there was no chemistry between himself and Kelly, even stating that he would never date her. In later interviews, Ron shared that he is tired of the dating life and is looking to take himself off the market to better focus on his acting career.
This week, a source claimed that Ron is dating Janelle Sing, an up-and-coming mainland actress currently signed to film with Raymond Wong Bak Ming’s (黃百鳴) company, Pegasus Entertainment. A graduate of the prestigious Beijing Film Academy, 23-year-old Janelle will be making her major acting debut in Marriage in Ten Years as well as the upcoming horror film Baby Blues 3D <詭眼3D>.
The source, a production crew member of Marriage in Ten Years, said that Ron and Janelle have been dating for about a month. While on set, Ron was apparently very attentive to Janelle but remained distant from his other female co-stars. Knowing that Janelle does not eat beef, Ron went an extra mile to make sure that her lunchbox did not contain beef and always picked up her meal before his own. He also gifted her his personal chair for use during breaks, seemingly doing everything he could to win her over.
After Ron returned to Hong Kong, he kept in touch with Janelle via text messages. Janelle eventually warmed up to Ron. She was however concerned that the media would accuse her of using his fame for self-promotion. As a compromise, Janelle insisted that the two date in secret. When Janelle travels to Hong Kong for work, she and Ron would only meet up at her hotel’s coffee shop to avoid attracting the media’s attention.

Janelle reminds me a bit of Viann Zhang, which may suit Ron’s taste.
I think Janelle Sing is prettier and younger than Viann Zhang. In fact, I don’t remember Viann’s face well to make this comment.
Viann can’t smile, like frozen. This girl has dimples and can smile. No doubt maybe done some work but at least it compliments her and still looking human. She is actually rather pretty. Ron can do with some less craziness and some stability.
I think she looks less plastic than Viann. Viann looks very plastic and is frozen like a mannequin that can’t smile at all. Her PS work appears to be a lot more minimal.

I agree with Vel… I’m also wondering how can one tell if another has gone under the knife to get his/her looks. Some obvious ones with before and after picture would make people suspicious. But if there’s no evidence, it’s quite unfair to the person if he/she is a natural.
To be fair to Lee, I think he/she means Janelle looks plastic (too perfect to be natural?) and Ron prolly goes after this type of looks. But Lee may not really mean it as Janelle has undergone plastic surgery.

Ok just tried to google her and nothing really appears. Not sure if she had major work done, but she is definitely more natural than Viann since she actually smiles.
@HTS, I think the celebrities or wannabes are smarter now. They would’ve done all the ‘works’ before their come-out…. And if they’re sure they don’t have many pics taken, not many would know they had something done except their family/relatives/close friends. Sounds drastic, but they prolly use a stage name so no one from school knows them too ;P

No doubt she is pretty, but how does the media know all these things? If true, then Janelle leaked for her own publicity? If false, Janelle made up for publicity?
We think so much alike I always have the same question when I see these news. How does the media know all these things? Ron is not leaking it to the public. It might be the girls who are leaking it to the public like Viann Zhang or Kelly Fu. Or it could be that the media is making it up like that case with Charmine.
