Ruco Chan Films “Sinister Beings 2”
Fans of TVB series Sinister Beings are treated with the news that the drama’s sequel is currently being filmed. Leading star Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) is returning for the sequel and confirms that preparations for Sinister Beings 2 started while he was filming Speakers of Law <法言人> with Kenneth Ma (馬國明).
Sinister Being was noteworthy for its high ratings and earned the title for having the highest viewership rating for its premiere. When asked if Ruco feels pressured by the drama’s success, the actor responded, “There is no pressure, but I am happy. There is a sequel because the response is so positive.”
Ruco shared that the sequel will incorporate several sensational real life cases. When asked to elaborate, Ruco responded, “I dare not say. I can only say that there are cases in Hong Kong and from other parts of the world. Even though I am playing a detective in the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau, sometimes I thought I was in Forensics. There are a lot of dialogues to remember.”
The sequel’s director Lau Ka Ho (劉家豪) revealed that Kenneth’s character in Speakers of Law will be making a cameo appearance. The director shared that he wanted the character to have a cross-over in various episode and surprise the audience
