Sabrina Ho Postpones Wedding Two Years Later at The British Museum
Macau casino tycoon Stanley Ho’s (何鴻燊) daughter, Sabrina Ho (何超盈) has not appeared in public since giving birth to daughter Audrey in August. Focusing on taking care of her baby now, Sabrina has also decided cancel her castle wedding in Portugal this September. The wedding celebration is allegedly postponed for another two years. Since Audrey will be able to walk by then, Sabrina hopes her daughter is also the flower girl at her own wedding.
However, the primary reason the wedding venue has been changed to The British Museum is because Sabrina is one of the museum’s sponsors. She also believes it will leave a unique impression to hold her wedding there due to its historical legacy.
The British Museum was established in 1753 and is considered one of the greatest museums in the world in terms of scale and its scope of comprehensive works. Other than housing eight million artworks, the museum also hosts special events such as the Spring and Summer London Fashion Week that is expected to be held in September 2020.
According to its website, there are eight sites suitable to run an event or wedding. For example, the Great Court can hold 400 people and the Egyptian Sculpture Gallery can hold 250 people. The spacious areas and beautiful artistic settings also appear to fit the expected extravagant and royal-like wedding tastes of Sabrina.
After the wedding ceremony, Sabrina allegedly wants to collaborate with the museum to plan a big project under her daughter’s name Audrey.
