Shu Qi Shoots Down Dating Rumors with Stephen Fung
Romantic rumors of longtime friends, Shu Qi (舒淇) and Stephen Fung (馮德倫), have been on and off since they first met on the set of 1998’s Bishonen <美少年之戀>. In April 2012, Shu Qi and Stephen’s rumors made the headlines again after the pair were spotted spending time together in Lan Kwai Fong all night. At the time, Shu Qi did not deny possibility of dating Stephen. She vaguely said, “I’ve been friends with him for almost 20 years. We have many chances.”
Yesterday, 35-year-old Shu Qi and 37-year-old Stephen Fung were caught catching a morning flight to Tokyo, rekindling their old dating rumors. Wearing matching casual clothing, the coupled retained their distance. They did not meet up with each other until after they stepped into the business class section.
Apple Daily reported that the they plan to spend their first vacation together in Tokyo since Stephen successfully won Shu Qi’s heart after her breakup with Leehom Wang (王力宏) last year.
After hearing such reports, Shu Qi denied the romance, expressing that she was going on vacation with her mother and two friends. Stephen was on a business trip. She laughed, “Don’t think too much!” Shu Qi’s mother immediately jumped in, “If going on the same flight means dating, then everyone on the flight are couples!”
Shu Qi and Stephen’s friends also denied the possibility of a relationship. An insider revealed that it was Shu Qi who had introduced Stephen to his rumored girlfriend, Vivian Hsu (徐若瑄). While Shu Qi admitted that she and Stephen were on the same flight, she said that Stephen is like her brother, which is why dating him would be impossible!

maybe it’s only me, I don’t find Stephen to be that bishonen and handsome at all. He looks kinda plump at the face..

Why always “like my brother” line for someone she may have possibly dated and slept with? Isn’t it just weird? Why not “like my BFF?”
B/c people don’t believe men and women can be platonic friends unless one is gay or really unattractive.

Ah brotherly love..but yeah, Linda grow to like Bosco more because he reminds her of her protective older brother; and he also shares some similar characteristics – the astronomy stuffs.
Meanwhile, he’s protecting her and did some extra protection(that didn’t sit well with his boss) because..it’s in him to protect others…
ah Josie, don’t expect too much from TBB screenplay too…hehe. I let my mind relax this time and is able to at least “enjoy” the scenery..:P
