Song Joong Ki Gets Reincarnated and Takes Revenge in “Reborn Rich”

South Korean star Song Joong Ki is set to appear in Reborn Rich where his character finds himself reincarnated into the family responsible for his death and he vows to take his revenge

A trailer is released where Song Joong Ki provides an introduction to his character as Yoon Hyun Woo, the team leader of future asset management company, Sunyang Group. One day, Yoon Hyun Woo was assigned to a mission to recover funds that have been flown overseas. However, just as he is completing his order, Yoon Hyun Woo is chased, captured and killed.

In a time jump, Yoon Hyun Woo wakes up in 1987 in the body of a teenager and realizes that he is reincarnated as Jin Do Joon, the youngest son of the Sunyang Group’s family. Filled with rage, Jin Do discovers that his murderer is in the Sunyang Group family and vows to get his vengeance.

In another trailer, viewers can see the tension between characters played by Song Joong Ki and Lee Sung Min. While the two characters play billiards, Song Joong Ki narrates, “I thought that even if I come back to life, I would not be able to defeat you. But you don’t know, the person in front of you died and was resurrected with the blood of the enemy.”

Reborn Rich premieres on November 18.
