“Squid Game” Actor Lee Jung Jae Signs with US Agency
Following the success of Netflix original series Squid Game, South Korean actor Lee Jung Jae expanded his popularity to the international stage. To support the actor’s growing career, Lee Jung Jae has joined American agency Creative Artist Agency (CAA).
While Lee Jung Jae is known for his acting, he is joining CAA in the capacity of an actor, director and producer. Showcasing his talents, Lee Jung Jae will be acting and making his directorial debut in espionage action film Hunt.
The announcement marks an important move for Lee Jung Jae, as CAA is one of the three most prominent agencies in the United States and has extensive experience in managing A-list talents including Brad Pitt and Tom Hanks.
Coincidentally, Lee Jung Jae will not be the only South Korean talent with CAA. Last year, Squid Game actress Jung Ho Yeon also signed a contract with the agency.
