Tavia Yeung Rejects Being Embroiled in Him Law’s Love Triangle
The break-up scandal surrounding Theresa Fu (傅穎) and Him Law (羅仲謙) has been going on for a week now. Him Law who has been accused of serial-dating between four to thirteen women at a time, was labeled as “getting everyone close to him in trouble”.
Even his fellow co-star, Tavia Yeung (楊怡) who is acting opposite him in TVB new hospital-themed drama, On Call 36 Hours <On call 36小時>, was not spared either. There were rumors that during filming, Him Law sent Tavia back home and Tavia had intimately called her companion, “Him Him” (謙謙) . In addition, Tavia even publicly expressed her support for Him after the physical beating against Theresa Fu broke out.
Tavia who was currently working in Singapore, refused to be embroiled in the love-triangle rumors and accepted an overseas telephone interview to clarify things. Tavia responded, “There’s no such thing. Clear-sighted people will all know that those rumors are nonsense!” Asked whether she addressed Him Law as “Him Him,” Tavia replied, “The whole world also calls him ‘Him Him.'”
Under “probation period,” Theresa Fu was allegedly “frozen” by her management company, Filmko. There were rumors that during the intertwined moment between getting beaten up and breaking up with Him, Theresa had even sent a suicidal SMS text message to Him Law, saying that she wanted to see him. However these rumors have yet to be verified.

Because it isn’t my experience but my friend’s, Jayne. If it’s my experience, I said out all. Since it’s my friend’s, I have to respect her and only can say my feel toward this. My English is okay lah…they don’t teach grammar well in American public schools lah, not as well as overseas. You’ll be surprised that many students in Singapore and Malaysia have better command of the English language than Americans do. Doesn’t help that this generation of American teenagers like to ignore spelling rules for creative self-expression. Ah, but even my co-workers and my own spelling and math skills are deteriorating with use of Microsoft Word and Excel doing the spelling autocorrection and calculations for us. Oh yea, my handwriting looks like chicken scratch thanks to always typing on computer.
I personally don’t think TY is dating Him at all. The way she talks in this article is just exactly how she is, very bubbly, likes to joke around alot and maybe it’s because to promote this upcoming series. Looking at all her behind the scenes videos, interviews etc. her personality just shines like that, making her to be very lovable & real causing her fans to love her. She is indeed one of the many artist that doesn’t have much rumors in her 10+ years in the industry.

As for me, my justification for my like for Tavia is based on her interviews and my observations.
I feel sorry for what happened to your friend. It must have been quite frightening. Was it reported to the police? With regards to your other friend who broke off his/her friendship with you just because you disliked his/her idol, I think it’s your friend’s loss. If his or her idol can be worth more than your several years of friendship, then surely you are probably better off with such juvenile thinking friend.

I agree with you that one shouldn’t measure the world with his own yardstick and make assumptions that just because an idol behaves badly in real life, then that idol’s fans would surely also behave that way too. This thinking is definitely wrong. But of course, I believe that, like me, you also trust that @Fox is mature enough not to think that way.
I’m sure @Fox definitely has her own good reasons for not liking TY and not being able to say out what happened which caused the dislike but of course, it’s perfectly up to our discretion whether we want to believe it or not.
But well anyway, at the end of the day, I also agree with @Lara that no one should waste time and make chasing idols as their lifetime ambition. Because is it worth it to dispute over someone who does not even know of your personal existence?
