TVB Kicks Off Anniversary Lighting Ceremony
TVB held its TVB’s 43rd Anniversary Lighting Ceremony last night. The cast of Rosy Business 2 <巾幗梟雄之義海豪情>, Wayne Lai Yiu Cheung and Sheren Tang Shui Man performed first. During the photos, they were positioned in the center, signifying their importance. Wayne also sang the theme song for Rosy Business 2, in which he gave himself seventy-five points for the performance.
The cast of TVB’s other grand production series, Gun Metal Grey <刑警>, Michael Miu Kiiu Wai,Felix Wong Yat Wah, and Jessica Hsuan were also present. Over one hundred artists attended the Lighting Ceremony.
One-hundred-and-three year-old Sir Run Run Shaw attended the Lighting Ceremony last night, accompanied by this year’s Miss Hong Kong winners, Toby Chan Ting Yan, Lisa Chong Si Ming, and Crystal Lee Shuet Ying. An assistant helped Sir Run Run Shaw ascend seven steps of stairs for the lighting ceremony. After watching the program, he left. Liza Wang Ming Chuen offered a farewell kiss to Sir Run Run Shaw, which he returned.
Vivien Yeung Sau Wai, Christine Kuo, and Matthew Ko Kwan Yin performed a dance segment. Due to Vivien’s large frame, former Mr. Hong Kong contestant, Ronan Bak Kin Yan, could not lift her in the air. As a result, Vivien’s pose was thrown off cue and appeared awkward. Christine Kuo was pointed out as overweight earlier. Christine laughed, “I am trying to lose weight, but it appears that I am only gaining more weight!”
Veteran actress, Susanna Kwan Kuk Ying, wore a set of diamond jewelry valued at over $3.1 million (HKD), which was sponsored by Emperor Watch and Jewellery. This was the third year that Susanna wore jewelry sponsored by Emperor. There were three security personnel who attended to Susanna for safety reasons.

Anyway I notice too that Wayne is right smack in the middle of the universe called TVB photocall. Very happy for him but I believe a lot of other big guns weren’t there? BUT I still believe Wayne will be in the middle 1st line, Bobby will be middle 2nd line, Raymond middle 3rd line, so on and so forth. Is that Felix Wong??

Jess is pushed back though. Like I said the other big guns aren’t there from what I can observe. Let’s wait for the celebration proper and when they all appear you will see who is more prominent than who. This is too early to tell.

The cast of No Regrets is definitely the center of attention. Even if Gun Metal Grey is the other anniversary show, it’s not getting the promotion as much as No Regrets is. I was surprised to see Jessica pushed to the second row, but I guess maybe she wanted to stand with her cast members. If anything I think Jessica, Felix and Michael should have been in the front row rather than Kate Linda or Ron. But I guess they got the center position. And who’s that next to Kenneth Ma all the way at the left end of the first row? Don’t tell me it’s The Voice 2 winner Meg Lam.
i was referring to Myolie next to Ray Lam. I didn’t think the one next to Jess was Myolie.
