Vincent Wong and Oscar Leung Show Off Gym Bodies
When 45-year-old Nick Cheung (張家輝) showed off his “chocolate abs” for the film Unbeatable <激戰> earlier this year, a trend of Chinese artists exhibiting toned six-packed bodies and pelvic lines have become more common.
TVB star Vincent Wong (王浩信) showcased his fit body while filming for 2012’s Tiger Cubs <飛虎>, but the actor noticeably lost some of that muscle while shooting for the upcoming TVB drama, Mr. & Mrs. Bean <貓屎媽媽>. However the 30-year-old actor, who has one daughter with wife Yoyo Chen (陳自瑤), recently uploaded a photo of his new toned body on Weibo. He wrote, “The results of the first half-month. I finally finished my heavy duties today! Here’s my photo!”
Vincent’s good friend and Tiger Cubs costar, Oscar Leung (梁烈唯), also uploaded a photo of his own toned upper body that showed off his defined pelvic region, writing, “Under the circumstance of no rest, here’s the result of diligent training! I feel like it’s still not great enough!”

Ok, fair observation but then, vincent’s acting is not comparable to wayne’s at all while raymond has been acting for many years more than vincent. Took many years for raymond to get to where he is now. Maybe there’s hope for vincent but i think it’ll be a reallllllly long road.
joe ma is a bad wooden actor with no charisma and old face, only has height but still got chances to be lead by tvb despite his cheating husband reputation. vincent is clearly better than joe ma in everything including as a husband.
Just because an actor is married does not mean that he cannot be a first leading actor.
TVB wld much rather promote the unmarried ones cos it’s easier to market them as “ou xiang” (form over substance); for the married ones, they have to go the route of the “shi li pai” (substance over form) and that’s a lot harder.
marriage isn’t an issue. vincent still able to put himself in the swimming suit month of the tvb calendar next year although he’s married with a kid and will be flaunting his body along with oscar and him law

oscar’s body looks unnatural for his small frame and head, and oscar is an arrogant show off and shoe shiner person, and also caught flirting with other actresses since he got fame from tiger cubs. vincent is so much better than oscar in everything.

Oscar, Vincent, and Him are grouped together for the tvb calendar for a swimsuit theme, so that’s probably why they were working out so much.

Vincent Wong – Yum! Oscar Leung – spare ribs albeit toned spare ribs. Between the 2, Vincent is the better actor except he is given bad bad roles.
It is a question which one you want to rip off the clothes. I can’t answer that for you but I do think with Oscar I feel like feeding him food. But I have high standards. Ever since Daniel Craig walked out of that sea in that baby blue swimming errr trunk (?) and every year in Bond film I see this uncle looking more or less as ripped, no one can surpass that standard.

I couldn’t have agreed more in regards to Vincent Wong. we can almost say NONE of Vincent wong’s roles are ever memorable. All of them are pretty boring, mediocre acting and basically just another average joe kind of character. He needs a more interesting character role to shine thru.
vincent wong reminds me of joe ma. they are both very tall but not really first lead material.joe ma played many suppoting roles before he reached the first lead status.i think vincent also goes that way.
joe ma can’t act and no charisma no good looks to be lead. vincent is better.
Daniel Craig looks like a construction worker to me, don’t find him suave or charming at all.

Vincent Wong – good actor, nice body, good looking, tall. he definitely has all it takes to be a siu sang. BUT tvb still has not promote him, dame you tvb. he’s so much better than the fatty Ron whose acting is getting worse over years.

edwin is ok but jason chan and oscar are worse than vincent but getting more promotion! oscar especially turn conceited since he got popular after tiger cubs 2. tony hung is ok as host but no comment for acting since haven’t seen him act but he looks too old to be promoted same as jason.
jason has a funny way of speaking without moving his lips much and a really whiny kind of voice which i find irritating.

Yup, Ron Ng certainly became a bit chubbier but nowhere near FAT. If he’s fat, then 1/2 of the population is fat.
As we aged, I think we tend to pump up a bit unless like some celebs who eats like a pigeon n trains themselves or heads to the gym daily but if not, we will pump up a bit as we aged I think. When I was in my teens, I feel and look like a stick but in my 20’s now, some meat is def there and for the right reasons? haha… As by 30’s, I am sure i will blow up a bit too and I think that’s normal. Hey, nothing lasts or stays forever and I think the way how our body looks certainly applies to it? IMO of course =0)

it wasn’t just chubby, he did gain a lot of weight, even in triumph he look heavy too. the problem is ron isn’t famous for his acting skill, but more for his good look. so like or not, he needs to lose some weight and hit the gym.

Are you talking about Silver Spoon Shackles(something like that), the one with Kenneth, Tavia, Damian, etc???? If so, YES, I have seen that and NO I do not consider fat at all. He did look a bit chubbier, but no where near fat. If you consider that fat then I am guessing you have a different standard then me. For example, in the US, many are thin but to Asians they are considered fat since the standard in Asia is to be really skinny. One of my former friends was not fat at all but isn’t stick skinny, but her brother who lived in Vietnam considered her fat. I am guessing that is the standard you are going by.

TBH, vincent isnt good looking enough to be first line siu sang unless he’s really good in acting which he isnt. He has a very weak chin which gives him a turkey look. The only advantage he has is his height.

I think Vincent looks better then Oscar simply Vin has more fat in him, he looked healthier and toned. Oscar is too skinny and he tried too hard to flex his packs it made him looked constipated…gain some weight dude!
Not that I really care for both, but I just want to state that the different quality for both images makes a difference too. The high contrasted grainy photo that Oscar is in, definitely will not do him justice, as it will make him extra skinnier due to deep shadows. As for Vincents, his will obviously make him more full, due to lesser detail and more white.
TVB promotes Him Law and Oscar Lueng too much. They should promote Vincent Wong more. Vincent looks more muscular than Him Law and Oscar.
Both are at best very average looking.
