Vivien Yeo’s Secret Marriage

Vivien Yeo’s (楊秀惠) career has received praise for her recent works: My Dearly Sinful Mind <心理追兇Mind Hunter>, Ghost of Relativity <鬼同你OT> and The Learning Curve of a Warlord <大帥>. The 35-year-old actress is also the CEO of a successful facial business that generates revenue of over $10 million HKD yearly. In 2014, she expanded her business globally to Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore.

It was uncovered that ever since filming had ended for The Learning Curve of a Warlord, Vivien had been planning her wedding with her boyfriend and they had gotten married overseas in a secret ceremony. On September 24, they submitted official documentation in Hong Kong to register their marriage. Vivien registered under her legal name Yeo Siew Hui (楊㛢僡) and her husband’s name was revealed to be Yip Sai Yeung (葉世揚). He is older by three years and his occupation was left blank. They also registered to be living at the same address in Jardine’s Lookout, an upper class neighborhood in Hong Kong.

Reporters called Vivien and she confirmed the good news. “Thank you for everyone’s well wishes! My husband and I actually got married overseas at the beginning of the year. Because he is not from the industry we wanted to keep everything private.”

When asked if she would continue to work, Vivien confirmed that nothing would change. After the news was published, Vivien uploaded a photo on Instagram of her and her husband’s intertwined hands with their wedding rings. Unfortunately, his face was not shown and identity is still a mystery!
