Winki Lai Mentors TVB’s New Generation

38-year-old actress Winki Lai (賴慰玲) announced the birth of her youngest son on January 13, completing her happy family of four. Speedily resuming work after her ending her confinement, she was invited to mentor TVB’s young generation of actors for a two-week drama class!
Imparts Acting Tips to “Hungry” Students
Last month, the actress joined Eric Tang (鄧智堅) and other veterans to teach drama to a class of students which includes Juliana Kwok (郭珮文), Ellyn Ngai (倪樂琳), Roxanne Ho (何沛珈), Danny Hung (孔德賢), Aska Cheung (張馳豪) and Sabrina Mendes (宋宛穎).
Sharing a humorous update with fans on social media, Winki revealed that she was still having her confinement meals which tasted so good that she would bring along the bento boxes to class. Besides this, she was also pumping breast milk concurrently for her son. “Ended two weeks of classes with Eric Tang, it was our fortune to encounter a bunch of very hungry students. So “hungry” that they sampled my breast milkand the resulting visuals are “shocking”!” the mother of two wrote.
Takes Care Not to Neglect Eldest Child
Resuming her svelte figure as speedily, Winki shared that she has since seen her gynecologist for a final follow-up appointment. “Saw the doctor for the last time, who said the wound is nicely recovered and told me to do belly binding, hats off to the therapist for the daily binding
And hats off to me every night on removing the bind
It wasn’t an easy journey,” Winki also shared the joy of seeing her abs slowly returning.
Besides caring for her newborn, the actress did not forget to accompany her eldest son, whom she brought along to watch a seven-person rugby match, to enjoy some mother-child bonding time. “One year ago, I told him that mommy will jump and run with you again a year later, I guess I have already fulfilled this promise.”

I like her. And I have a lot of respect for mothers who are able to bounce back especially in the entertainment industry with young kids. Go Winki!
