World Cup Fan Forces Kiss on Christine Kuo’s Mouth
Christine Kuo (苟芸慧) and a few other artistes traveled to Brazil to cover the 2014 FIFA World Cup for TVB. While interviewing a few soccer fans, a Chile fan sudden stormed into the interview and kissed Christine passionately on the lips. He quickly left the scene before the crew members had time to react.
Christine said she was frozen on the spot and did not know how to respond to the sudden gesture. After the Chile fan ran away, a Brazilian tour guide took Christine to the side and asked her if she wanted to notify the police. Christine said, “It was then when I couldn’t hold it in and cried. I felt much better after crying. After all, what he did violated [me].” Christine later decided to leave it alone as she did not want to impede the filming schedule.
Thinking back to the incident, Christine said she still feels scared. She said, “There are often times when the soccer fans would hug you or kiss you [on the cheeks], and that’s fine. But he suddenly kissed me on the lips. I can’t accept that. My mind was blank. No one knew what to do, and I was frozen.”
For the next two days, the incident continued to replay in Christine’s mind and distracted her from work. “But I eventually told myself to not think about it, to only focus on continuing with the program successfully. I really didn’t want it to affect my work or blow up the issue. Finally, I was able to rest,” she said.
Perhaps due to stress, Christine finally fell ill. However, she reassured her fans that she is fine through her Weibo blog. She wrote, “I’ve fallen sick. I’m going to give myself a red card. [I] will continue to work hard tomorrow.”

That is considered assault in many civilised countries. It is also a downright goddamned disgusting act from a stranger, no less. STDs, like the incurable Oral Herpes (cold sores), are transmitted this way! This girl should have done something to apprehend the perp, get herself tested & work something out with her security staff to prevent such idiocy from happening again. The next time, it might even be a boob squeeze or the worse.
Oral herpes was the FIRST thing that came to my mind when I read the article title. Ack, it makes me sick that he would do something like that. I would totally report it to the authority. Girls need to stop being so shy and start being more aggressive when it comes to this type of stuff.
