Zheng Shuang’s Refreshing No Makeup Look

Zheng Shuang (郑爽) doesn’t need makeup to feel any less than spectacular.

The 27-year-old Chinese actress went barefaced in a new promotional video for her new company, and speedily answered 77 questions in 7 minutes. One of the first questions asked was whether or not she was wearing makeup, and Zheng Shuang said she was “completely bare faced.”

Looking bright, happy, and healthy, Zheng Shuang’s appearance has gained a lot of positive comments online. The actress had suffered from mental breakdowns due to her fame, and was at one point criticized for looking too skinny.

Aside from showing the fans around her office, she also shared some of her own concerns about her health She admitted that she has been losing a lot of hair recently due to the nature of her job. “When you’re filming, especially for costume dramas, your hair gets held back really tight, so that got me to lose a lot of hair.”
