Hawick Lau, Ada Choi Win Best Ancient Drama Actors at Huading Awards
At the 13th Annual Huading Awards held in Beijing on August 27, Hawick Lau (劉愷威) and Ada Choi (蔡少芬) won Best Actor and Best Actress in an Ancient Drama.
Hawick, who beat out William Feng (馮紹峰) and Yan Yikuan (嚴屹寬) to take the Best Ancient Drama Actor award, was bombarded by the media with questions not pertaining to his professional career, but rather about his wife, Yang Mi (楊冪), and their two-month-old daughter, nicknamed “Little Sticky Rice.” Hawick revealed that Yang Mi has recovered from her pregnancy and that “her figure is even better than before.” However, the actress has yet to return to work, since she currently cannot bear to be away from their daughter.
Hawick also shared that he has become accustomed to fatherly duties, having learned to burp his daughter, change her diapers, and give her a bath. Nevertheless, when asked whether he would go on father-child reality shows, such as the currently popular Dad, Where Are We Going? <爸爸去哪兒>, Hawick replied that it was too early to tell. “Little Sticky Rice is only two months old, after all,” he explained. “We haven’t thought that far. When the time comes, we’ll look at her personality.”
Ada Choi picked up Best Ancient Drama Actress for her role in Beauty at War <金枝欲孽2>, defeating Ruby Lin (林心如), Yuan Shanshan (袁姍姍), Cherrie Ying (應採兒), and Ariel Lin (林依晨). Since Ada won great acclaim as the empress in Legend of Zhen Huan <後宮甄嬛傳> in 2012, she expressed regret for being unable to join the cast of the upcoming Legend of Mi Yue <羋月傳>, which is being helmed by the same production team as that of Legend of Zhen Huan.

He’s handsome alright, but his actings still not good enough especially when comes to expressing emotions.
Uhm, Hawick is not that good in expressing emotion due to all those Botox on his face :/?
agree with TT, william is handsome but his acting is that great,
same with hawick, hes not that good LOL
Can’t wait for Hawick tvb drama
Yay Ada, Hawich and Gallen!
Yeah Gallen Lo, my fav actor. Gallen please come back to tvb for one more drama.
Pairing Gallen with a young actress example Eliza Sam would give freshness to TVB dramas
